About Me

About Aida Abdullah

Aida Abdullah, MA, is a Registered Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. She works with individuals experiencing trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Aida holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, Canada, and Master of Art of Psychology from Khartoum University, Sudan. She has extensive experience supporting individuals facing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. She has a strong focus on working with newcomers and refugees, with over 8 years of experience in Canada providing family and mental health services to these communities.

Her approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths based. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to heal. Aida supports clients in processing difficult experiences, developing effective coping strategies, and building resilience to move forward with confidence and hope.

Cancellation Policy
  • 24-hour notice required
  • Late cancellations or missed sessions may incur a fee
